Lake Skulerudsjøen is located in the Aurskog-Høland Municipality in Akershus County. The lake is the northernmost in the passage to Haldenvassdraget and has open boat connections with Lake Rødenessjøen.
Though the landscape around the lake is mainly forested, there are a few smaller farms. The lake is relatively shallow and the Secchi result medium good. There are several logs standing up from the bottom of Lake Skulerudsjøen, mostly in the northern end. Otherwise it is an exciting fishing lake, especially for pike fishing.
Fishing for perch and pike is especially good. In all there are around 20 different fish species in the lake. The most common are pike, perch, roach and burbot. There are also bleak, silver bream, bream, rudd, brown trout, ruffe, small vendace and smelt. You will get more detailed information about fishing sites and methods when you have booked.
All year, though with variations depending on species. You will get more detailed information about seasonal variations when you have booked.
Pike exceeding 10 kg are caught every year and some over 15 kg have been landed here.
There are Boat ramp at Skulerud Boat Harbour at the north end and Kroksund Bridge at the south.
