Lake Töck's is the largest lake within Töck - Hurrsjöarna 's Fishing conservation area . The area includes about 25 other lakes and rivers, of different sizes ! The system offers endless possibilities for those angler's who like to discover the small lakes in the wild on their own. The whole area breathes "wilderness" , even though it is not far from the E18 and Töcksfors.

Lake Töck belongs to the Dalsland Canal system, and is a clear water lake. You can easily enter Töck when coming from Foxen, by using the sluice between them, or launch your boat on one of the lake's own boat ramps. (See map) . The maximum depth of Töck is 21 m. , and the average depth is about 8 m. Most of the lakes near flow into lake Töck, and then further down to Foxen / Stora Le. For those of you who go there, it's easiest to go to Töcksfors and launch the boat at one of the ramps nearby there.

The most popular species for sport fishing in Töck are perch, pike and also zander. The zander population has increased well in the recent years, after successful stocking. There is also a small amount of trout known in lake Töck. However, if you want to fish specific for trout, there are other waters in the fishing area that contain a better stock of trout. Separate licenses may be necessary for these waters.

Båtramper

Build ramp : 59.50650, 11.79279 (WGS84) , situated in the channel between the two sluices, connecting Töck to Stora Le. Nature Ramps: - At Delebråten, about 1 km north of Töcksfors (west side of Töck) - Elovsbyn, about 4 km north of Töcksfors (west side of Töck) - Tönsudden, Gottarsbyn, about 5 km north of Töcksfors (east side of Töck)

• The minimum size forzander is 40 cm in Töck. • zander fishing is protected during the breeding period 1/5 -31/5. • Fishing licenses per year, week or day. Only fishing with lures allowed. • For Långtjärn, there are specific conditions and fishing licenses.
